- Role-play enforcing MUD that has been running since 1996.
- Free-to-play option available since 2015; additional quality-of-life improving services/items can be purchased using microtransactions or by subscribing. Monthly subscriptions range between USD 15 and USD 50 as of 2024-12-01.
- New players have to be approved manually and may not be able to play for several days after character creation.
- Instead of generic attributes that improve through leveling (like many other games), DragonRealms has a number of skills that improve by being used successfully, similar to RuneScape.

Finding the Grizzled Old War Veteran
I primarily found the Grizzled Old War Veteran walking around the North Eastern parts of The Crossing, in particular at Firulf Vista, Boar Alley, Magen Road, Via Mandroga, Flamethorn Way and Gildleaf Circle - which are all located in this part of the map: ![[assets/Pasted image 20241127175521.png]]
